I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2006 when I left my corporate position as Executive Vice President in the Media Industry and founded StepWise Associates.
During these past 17 years of living my dream, I have been able to help hundreds of women review their skills, experiences, beliefs and mindset and pursue their intentions of personal and professional growth.
Following my dream to help others in their leadership journey has been one of the best career decisions I have ever made.
